Stage 1: System Registration by Your Institution
Your institution takes the first step by registering your details in ICA's e-Service portal. You cannot begin your application independently. Contact your institution's admissions team or international student office as soon as you accept your offer to confirm registration timelines.
Institutions generally submit your registration between one and three months prior to your course commencement date. Once completed, you will receive a Registration Acknowledgement Notice containing your Application Reference Number, which allows you to log in and submit your eForm 16.
