How to Sign Up as a Recruitment Partner with ApplyBoard

To register as an ApplyBoard recruitment partner, go to the ApplyBoard sign-up page, create your account, and verify your email and phone number. Registration takes a few minutes. Once registered, you will need to complete your business profile to unlock full platform access, including the ability to add students, submit applications, and earn commission.

If you have already registered, sign in to your ApplyBoard recruitment partner account to access the platform.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Navigate to the ApplyBoard recruitment partner sign-up page. Complete the registration form by creating a username and password, and agree to the ApplyBoard Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you will be prompted to verify your email address. Check the inbox of the email you provided for a verification code and enter it to confirm your account.

Step 3: Complete Your Basic Profile

After verifying your email, enter your first and last name and provide some basic information about your experience advising international students.

Step 4: Verify Your Phone Number

Next, verify your phone number by entering a code sent to you via SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is recommended for the fastest delivery.

After completing registration, you will arrive at the ApplyBoard platform and be prompted to enable WhatsApp notifications. You can choose to accept or decline notifications from ApplyBoard via WhatsApp.

Step 5: Register Your Business to Unlock Full Access

After registration, you will have access to the ApplyBoard platform but with limited features. A banner at the top of your dashboard will remind you that until you complete your business registration, you will not be able to add students, submit applications, or earn commission.

If you attempt to access features such as adding a student before completing business registration, a prompt will appear asking you to finish the process.

 Tip! Complete your business registration as soon as possible after signing up. You will not be able to submit student applications or earn commission until your business profile has been approved.
