How to Create Your Recruitment Partner Profile on ApplyBoard

Now you have completed the initial registration for your ApplyBoard account, follow these steps to create your profile.

Create Your Profile

  1. In the Business details section, add your "Registered business name".
    • This name must match your official business registration documents (e.g., business certificate).
  2. Upload your "Business registration certificate".
    • The name on the document must match your official business name. Please make sure the file is in PDF, PNG, or JPEG file format and is not larger than 20MB in size.
  3. Search and add your "Business address".
    • Start by typing your address. If you don't see it on the list, enter it manually into the form.
    • Make sure you verify the address details in each field before clicking “Next”.
  4. Click "Next to Business contacts".

  1. In the Business contacts section, add your phone number and Contact information.
    • Within the Contact information dropdown, specify your preferred communication method by selecting WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, or choosing Other.
    • Specify the country code, followed by your WhatsApp number.
    • If you wish to have your personal information collected for marketing purposes, check the relevant box.
    • Next, you must select "Verify number" to send a verification code to the provided WhatsApp number.
    • You will then enter the received verification code from ApplyBoard and select "Confirm code" to complete the verification process.
  2. Answer "Yes" or "No" to the question: "Does your business have a website or any social media accounts?"
  3. In the "Students source country" dropdown, specify the main source country of your students. Where do they mostly come from?
  4. Answer "Yes" or "No" to the question: "Has anyone at ApplyBoard referred you?"
  5. Click "Submit".

Success! You have now completed your ApplyBoard registration! 

Next Steps

Your request will now be reviewed by our ApplyBoard team and they will get back to you via email within 48 business hours from the time of landing in your ApplyBoard account.

While you wait, you can take advantage of our learning resources in TrainHub. To log into TrainHub, use the email address and password you created during the registration process. Please note that you will not have full access to the platform until your request is approved.

What is the standard time for account processing?

The standard turnaround time for the initial review is 48 business hours. However, during periods of high request volume or over weekends, it may extend to 72 business hours.

I'm having trouble logging into my profile. What should I do?

To ensure a smooth login, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you're using the same email address and password you registered with.
  2. If you can't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
  3. If your account is locked due to too many failed attempts, please use this link to unlock it.

I'm unable to view the complete profile to register new students. What should I do?

Please ensure that you've completed the initial registration process. This step is necessary to gain full access to the platform for student registration. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at recruitersupport@applyboard.com.

Am I required to provide any additional information beyond what is mentioned in the registration form?

We may request additional information in the following situations:

  1. Notarized Business Document: A notarized copy may be needed if:
    • The business registration document cannot be verified online through the relevant government website.
    • The notarized document is older than 60 days.
  2. Affidavit: We may require an affidavit confirming the company name, address, owner's name, and status if:
    • The business registration document lacks complete information for verification.
    • We are unable to verify all the company’s details online.While most documents submitted typically contain the necessary information, there may be instances where we cannot confirm everything online. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
  3. Discrepancies: If there are inconsistencies in the company name, address, or owner's name:
    • The information on the business document must match what is listed on the government website, the application form, and the company’s website or social media profiles.
    • If any discrepancies are identified, the Recruitment Support team will reach out to the company’s owner via email to request a Letter of Statement on the company letterhead, signed by the proprietor or all partners in the case of a partnership.

Will I be assigned an account manager?

Our platform is more powerful and versatile than ever thanks to features like Task Management, Search, and much more!

How can I avoid processing times for account approval?

First Name and Last Name

This field refers to the owner’s personal information.
 

  • Please provide the first and last name of the company owner.
  • Ensure the name matches what is listed in the Business Registration document.
  • Do not mention the company name or any staff names.
  • Only the owner can represent the company or sign the agreement with ApplyBoard.
  • In the case of a partnership, the owners must designate one partner to represent the company.
Phone Number
  • Enter accurate country code
  • Double-check the contact number when filling out the information.
  • Do not provide incorrect contact information as this limits us reaching out to you if we need to clarify any information.
Email
  • Check for any misspellings to avoid issues when accessing the platform.
  • Use an email address that is not shared among other staff members to protect sensitive information, such as commission and bank details.
  • Avoid spelling errors. 
  • Do not provide a generic email address.


 

This email will be the primary contact for all communication related to sensitive information.

Registered Business Name
  • Ensure that the Business name matches the business name mentioned in the Business Registration certificate. 
  • Do not mention Owner name in place of the company name.
Business Certificate
  • It is mandatory to provide and the most important document when applying for the partnership.
  • We are not accepting partnership from Individual Counselors without a registered business.
Business address
  • Be sure to include the block or unit number, as it may be overlooked when using the autofill option.

Contact information (Preferred contact method)
  • You will  need to choose an option from the dropdown menu. 
  • Select the option based on the priority of the preferred contact method.

Website / Social Media
  • Provide website information if your company has a website.
  • Ensure the business name matches the name on the business certificate, website, and social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • If there are discrepancies, our team will request a letter of statement for clarification.
  • Do not leave website or social media information blank if you have it available. Providing this information helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
  • The team may send an email requesting the missing information if it's not provided.
Students source country
  • We are looking for information about the country of origin for most of your students (their nationality).
  • This helps us provide you with accurate guidance.
  • Do not include the name of the destination country where you intend to send the students for further studies.
Has anyone at ApplyBoard referred you?
  • Add the name of the ApplyBoard employee who has referred you.
  • This will help us to fast track your account approval process.
