ApplyBoard 360 Solutions is a suite of services that supports your students beyond the application — covering language tests, proof of funds, banking, loans, foreign exchange, accommodation, and visa support. Some services are available before your registration is approved; others unlock once your account is active.
This article explains what 360 Solutions includes, what you and your students can access right now, and what becomes available after approval.
What Is 360 Solutions?
360 Solutions sits inside your ApplyBoard dashboard under the left navigation panel. It brings together third-party services that students commonly need during the study abroad process, so you can recommend and share them without sending students to find these resources on their own.
Think of it as the layer on top of applications. Once a student is admitted, they still need to prove they have funds, open a bank account, pay tuition, sort out accommodation, and sometimes get a visa. 360 Solutions gives you tools to help with all of that from one place.
Available Before Approval: Language Test Vouchers
Test vouchers are available in your 360 Solutions catalog as soon as you register — even while your business registration is under review. This is the best place to start adding value for your students right away.
ApplyBoard offers discounted English proficiency and graduate admissions test vouchers through ApplyBoard Test Solutions. These can be purchased and shared with students directly from your dashboard.
Tip! You can share test voucher links directly with your students from within the 360 Solutions catalog. This is a simple, high-value action you can take before your registration is even approved.

Available After Approval: Full 360 Solutions Catalog
Once your business registration is approved, the full 360 Solutions catalog unlocks. Here is what each service does and who it is for.
Proof of Funds — GIC Programs
A Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) is a financial product that international students studying in Canada use to prove they have enough money to cover their living expenses. Many Canadian study permit applications require a GIC as part of the proof of funds requirement. ApplyBoard partners with two of Canada's largest banks to offer GIC programs directly through the platform.
TD is a top 10 North American bank. Its GIC program allows students to deposit the required funds before arriving in Canada, which can help strengthen and speed up their study permit application. Students open the GIC through ApplyBoard and receive the funds in instalments after arriving in Canada. Learn more about the TD GIC Program.
RBC is Canada's largest bank. Its GIC program works in a similar way to TD's — students deposit funds before arrival, which are then released in monthly instalments once they are in Canada. ApplyBoard earns a referral for each completed GIC, which may benefit your commission structure. Learn more about the RBC GIC Program.
Proof of Funds — Germany
Students applying to study in Germany have different proof of funds requirements. ApplyBoard partners with two services to help students meet these requirements before they arrive.
Expatrio helps international students open a blocked bank account in Germany, which is required for a German student visa. The blocked account holds the required funds and releases them monthly after the student arrives. Expatrio also offers health insurance, which is mandatory for studying in Germany. Learn more about Expatrio.
Coracle provides a blocked account service and health insurance for students applying to German universities. Like Expatrio, it supports students in meeting German visa requirements before departure. Learn more about Coracle.
Banking Services
BMO (Bank of Montreal) is Canada's oldest bank. Through ApplyBoard, students can open a GIC and a Canadian chequing account before they arrive, giving them immediate access to banking services when they land. This can be helpful for students who want to have their finances organized before starting their studies. Learn more about BMO banking.
Foreign Exchange and Tuition Payments
Reeudo helps students send money internationally from their home country, including tuition payments, GIC payments, and general wire transfers. It is designed to make cross-border payments faster and cheaper than traditional bank transfers. Students can initiate transfers from home without needing to visit a bank in person. Learn more about Reeudo.
Flywire is a trusted international payment platform used by universities worldwide. Students can pay their tuition directly to the institution through Flywire, with real-time payment tracking and support in multiple currencies. It is a reliable option for students who want a straightforward way to pay their school fees from abroad. Learn more about Flywire.
Student Loans
ApplyBoard Student Loans connect students with loan providers that specialize in international student financing. Loans are available without collateral or proof of existing funds, with interest rates starting from 9.5% and flexible repayment options. This is a useful option for students who need financial support to cover tuition or living expenses and may not qualify for traditional bank loans. Learn more about Student Loans.
Accommodation
University Living helps students find and book accommodation across 640+ destinations worldwide. Options include purpose-built student residences, private apartments, and homestays, with flexible booking policies. Finding safe, verified housing before arrival is one of the most common concerns students raise — this service lets you address it directly from the platform. Learn more about University Living.
Visa Services
VFS Global Education provides expert visa application support for international students. The service helps students prepare documents, practice for interviews, and understand country-specific requirements. This is a useful complement to your application support, particularly for students applying to destinations with more complex visa processes. Learn more about VFS Global Education.
The Canadian Visa Calculator uses machine learning and historical application data to estimate how likely a student is to receive Canadian study permit approval. It is a free tool you can use to help set realistic expectations with students before submitting their application. Learn more and try the Canadian Visa Calculator.
