As of November 2024, Canadian college diploma students must also graduate from a linked field of study to qualify for a PGWP.

Step-by-Step: Searching for Work-Permit Eligible Programs

1. Log In: Sign into your ApplyBoard account.

2. Start Your Search: Go to the Search page from your dashboard.

3. Filter for Work Permits: Select PGWP Eligible. By selecting this option, your results will only show programs that are eligible for:

   • Canada: Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

   • USA: Optional Practical Training (OPT)

   • UK: Graduate Visa

   • Australia: Temporary Graduate Visa

   • Ireland: Third Level Graduate Programme

   • Germany: Job Seeker Visa

If you are applying for a College Diploma or Certificate in Canada, being at a PGWP-eligible school is no longer enough.
