You can search for courses on ApplyBoard by destination and level of study using the Destination and Level of Education filters in Search. The Destination filter lets you choose one or more countries, including Canada, the USA, and the UK. The Level of Study filter narrows results to programs that match your academic stage, from college diplomas to PhD programs.
How to Find Programs by Destination
Whether you’ve always dreamed of the UK or are set on the Canadian prairies, you can filter your search to show only the countries that interest you. ApplyBoard currently offers programs across: Canada, USA, UK, Ireland. Germany, and Australia.
How to use the Destination Filter:
Log in to your ApplyBoard account.
Open Search: From the left-hand menu, select Search to open the search page.
Click Filters & Eligibility: Open the Filters & Eligibility menu and scroll down to the the Destination section.
Select Countries: In the pop-up window, choose your preferred countries (e.g., USA, Canada, UK).
Apply Results: Once you have made your selection(s), your program search results will update automatically.
Tip! You can narrow your results even further by searching for specific provinces, states or cities. For example, selecting United Kingdom will allow you to filter specifically for schools in Scotland, Wales, or Greater London.
Find Your Destination Faster with AI Search
Type what you're looking for into the AI search bar and it will recommend filters, including destination and level of study, to add to your search automatically. It also suggests programs that match what you type, so you can skip adding filters manually.
How to Find Programs by Level of Study
To ensure you are only seeing programs you are academically eligible for, use the Level of Study filter. ApplyBoard supports a wide range of education levels, from K-12 to advanced Master's and PhD programs.
Follow these steps to filter by level:
Open Filters: Click the Filters & Eligibility button.
Find Level: In the pop-up menu, locate the Level of education section.
Select Level: Choose the relevant option that matches your next academic step (e.g., Master's or Post-Graduate Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, or College Diploma).
Apply Results: Once you have made your selection(s), your program search results will update automatically.
