UK scholarships for international students starting in late 2026 and 2027 can cut your tuition by £1,000 to £8,000. Here are the offers at six universities.
Many UK universities give international students a scholarship, bursary, or fee discount. In most cases, it is a reduction on your tuition fee, not cash. Some are automatic. Others need you to act fast, such as paying your deposit by a set date.
This guide covers current offers at Arden University, Canterbury Christ Church University, Regent's University London, The University of Law, and the University of Roehampton. Use it to compare your options before you apply.
Disclaimer: Scholarship amounts, deadlines, and rules are set by each university and can change at any time. The details below were checked in October 2026. Always confirm the latest terms with the university or your ApplyBoard counsellor before you pay a deposit.

Arden University scholarships for international students
Arden University offers two fee discounts for international students at its UK campuses. You can get up to £4,500 off with the UK International Offer, and a further £3,000 with the Super Early Bird Offer.
UK International Offer: up to £4,500 off
Eligible international students at Arden's UK campuses get a lower tuition fee. This applies when you enrol for the November 2026, February 2027, or May 2027 intake. Your new fee depends on your course level and your campus.
UK International Super Early Bird Offer: £3,000 off
You can get £3,000 off your Programme Fee if you act early. To qualify, you need an unconditional offer (a final offer with no conditions left to meet). You must also pay your deposit to Arden University by these dates:
- November 2026 intake: by 29 October 2026.
- February 2027 intake: by 25 January 2027.
- May 2027 intake: by 12 April 2027.
Arden says this offer can be combined with any other Arden offer. That means you may be able to get both discounts together. Terms and conditions apply, and the offer is valid until May 2027.
Warning! The Super Early Bird deadline for the November 2026 intake is 29 October 2026. If you want to start in November, make sure your offer is unconditional and your deposit is paid before then.
Canterbury Christ Church University International Student Scholarship
Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) gives eligible international students £1,500 off their tuition fees for each year of full-time study. You do not need to apply separately.
The scholarship is open to undergraduate and postgraduate international students who:
- Study full-time.
- Pay the standard international tuition fee. For students starting in the 2026/27 academic year, this fee is £17,000.
For 2026/27 entrants, this brings the yearly fee down to £15,500. Because it applies every year, the total saving on a three-year bachelor's degree could be £4,500.

Country Scholarships: £1,500 or £2,500 per year
Country Scholarships support students from selected countries. They apply to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees for September and January enrolments. Undergraduates receive the award for each year of study (up to three years). Postgraduates receive it for one year.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a national of, and live in, one of the countries listed above.
- Be self-funded (paying for your own studies), study full-time, and pay overseas fees.
- Hold a conditional offer for a qualifying course before the deadline. [VERIFY: Roehampton does not publish the deadline on its scholarship pages]
- Not be joining through a pathway route, such as the International Foundation Pathway or QA Higher Education. These students get other scholarship options.
International Excellence Scholarship: up to £4,000 per year
High-achieving international students can get £1,000, £2,500, or £4,000 off their tuition fees. Undergraduates receive it for each of three years. Postgraduate (master's) students receive it for one year, for January or September entry.

How to make sure you receive your UK scholarship
Most of these tuition discounts are automatic, but you still need to meet deadlines and conditions. Follow these steps to protect your award.
- Apply early. Some scholarships are limited and given out until they run out.
- Check your offer letter. Many universities list your scholarship in your offer. If you expected one and do not see it, ask your counsellor.
- Watch your deposit deadline. Arden and Regent's both link their awards to paying your deposit on time.
- Check if offers can be combined. Arden allows combining. Regent's and Roehampton do not.
- Plan the rest of your costs. A scholarship lowers your tuition, but you still need money for living costs and your visa.
