We’re excited to announce that we’ve made some changes to the Recruitment Partner Dashboard to help brand new recruiters who are just getting started with ApplyBoard.
The Recruitment Partner Dashboard is designed to allow you to navigate your applications in one place. It includes only the tools and features you need to get started, so you won’t feel overwhelmed or confused. As you get more comfortable with the platform and start adding students, submitting applications, and receiving offer letters, the dashboard will automatically provide you with more insights and analysis.
The Recruitment Partner Dashboard
Simplified Dashboard
The simplified dashboard shows only the stats you are going to want to track as you start your journey with ApplyBoard. Tasks, Applications, Accepted, Rejected, and Students are the core metrics for recruitment partners learning how to maximize the ApplyBoard platform.
Tasks
Any outstanding items that need to be actioned on applications, from requirements
that need to be completed, to upcoming submission deadlines. Tasks can be sorted
in a number of ways, including:
- Intake
- Due Date
- Application ID
- Application Stage
- Student
- School Name
- School Country
- Assignee
WhatsApp Opt In
Opt-in to WhatsApp notifications directly from your dashboard to receive important updates and real-time alerts.
- Select Enable WhatsApp from the right side of the dashboard.
- Select the box to agree to receive marketing communications via WhatsApp.
- Select "Enable WhatsApp notifications," enter your country code followed by your WhatsApp number, and select "Verify WhatsApp number."
- After receiving the code from ApplyBoard, input it and click "Confirm."
- A confirmation message will appear indicating your number has been successfully added. To close the modal, select "Ok, got it."
Applications
View all of your applications in any of the stages of the application journey.
Accepted
Applications that have been accepted by institutions, where you can access or
address any additional requirements.
Rejected
Applications that have not been accepted.
Students
All of your current students with links to their individual profiles and additional
information about who their recruitment partner is, their email, and more.
Essential Steps
Unsure of where to start or what to do next? Essential steps will provide prompts to the next steps you should take, such as getting started with our helpful training courses, adding your first student, and creating your first application.
Training Courses
Our training courses provide you with the basics of the ApplyBoard platform. From managing your outstanding applications with Task Management and learning how to use your eWallet, to creating an application and managing your own profile, these courses will give you the skills to master the ApplyBoard platform.
ApplyBoard Elevate Status
As a new recruitment partner, you’ll be able to track your ApplyBoard Elevate status and see exactly what it will take to unlock the next tier of benefits.
Navigation Panel
The navigation panel is your primary toolkit as a recruitment partner. Through this panel you can search for programs, track applications, learn about our 360 solutions, and all the tools you need to help your students and grow your business.
Task Management
Once you become more comfortable with the platform, start submitting applications, and receiving offers, the dashboard will adapt and provide more insights through Task management. Through Business Insights on the Recruitment Partner Dashboard, you’ll get valuable insights and analysis of your applications, processing times, revenue generated, and more.
