You may encounter a requirement that asks you to provide document(s) such as a transcript, certificate, or Statement of Purpose. Follow these quick steps to ensure your documents are accepted and processed quickly.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Requirements: Log in and go to the Applicant Requirements tab within your specific application.
  2. Upload Your File: Click "Upload" directly within the requirement card. You can also drag and drop files or select "Browse Files".

  1. Automatic Verification*: Some requirements will be processed automatically. After uploading, wait up to 15 seconds for the system to process the file. Our Document Consistency Check will scan for clarity, document type, and name matching.
  2. Review and Submit: If the file is processed successfully, you must click "Submit" to finalize the requirement.
    • Note: Simply uploading a file does not notify our team; you must click submit for the review process to begin.

Document Guidelines

Always be sure to check the requirement for specific file size and file type limits. If a file exceeds the size limit, a warning message will appear and you will be prompted to upload a correct file to proceed.

  • Acceptable formats are PDF, JPEG, or PNG
  • Acceptable file size limit is 20MB
  • Ensure your documents are clear and not blurry

Troubleshooting

What you see What to do
"Invalid Format" or "Upload Failed" A document may be flagged if it is blurry, cut-off, and even if it does not belong to the same student. You may click on the ‘X’ beside the document after upload if you wish to remove it. Ensure the file is a supported type (PDF/JPEG/PNG) and is the correct size. If it is still not working, leave a Note on the application for assistance.
"Requirement Not Found" If a requirement is missing for a specific document (like a WAEC Scratch Card), leave a Note on the application requesting our team to open a new requirement tab.
Mistakenly uploaded the wrong file? Before clicking ‘Submit’, you have the option to edit or remove the document you have uploaded. Click the pencil icon beside the file name and you will be taken to the previous page to re-upload a document. Once submitted, you cannot delete a document. Leave a Note on your application for our team to re-open the requirement.
