Study Abroad Questionnaire

Before we show you programs, we want to make sure we're showing you the right ones. Our short onboarding questionnaire asks a few questions about your background, goals, and preferences so we can tailor your experience from the very start.
- Key Goal: Help us understand what you're looking for — your nationality, education history, desired destination, and field of study — so we can surface the most relevant programs for you.
- Action: Answer each question as accurately as you can. There are no wrong answers — the more we know about you, the better your results will be.

Enrol in the Student Success Program Optional

ApplyBoard is committed to your success. If you are enrolling in an eligible program in the 2025 or 2026 school years, you will earn the chance to receive 500 (CAD, USD, AUD, GBP, or Euro) after arriving in your new study destination — to help you settle, integrate, and succeed as an international student.
- Key Goal: Opt in to the Student Success Program early so you don't miss out on your Settlement Grant after you arrive at your study destination.
- Action: Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click "Enrol in program" to register. You can do this at any point before you arrive.
💰 How it works: Once you have enrolled
at your school and arrived in your study destination, you
will be eligible to claim your 500 Settlement Grant through ApplyBoard.

Save Programs to Your Wishlist Optional

Found a program you like? Save it to your Wishlist so you can come back to it later. This is your personal shortlist — a great way to compare options side by side before committing to an application.
- Key Goal: Build a curated list of programs you're genuinely interested in, so you can make a confident, informed decision when you're ready to apply.
- Action: Browse programs and click the heart icon on any program to save it to your Wishlist. Visit your Wishlist at any time to review and compare your saved options.

Create Application

Found the perfect program? Clicking "Create Application" officially kicks off the process for that specific institution — moving you from a general search to a specific, achievable goal.
- Key Goal: Move from a general search to a specific, achievable goal with a real institution.
- Action: Select your desired intake (start date) and review the specific requirements for that school.

Complete Your Profile

This is the most critical active step in your journey. By providing accurate details about your education history, English proficiency scores, and identity information, you ensure the ApplyBoard platform generates the correct requirements for your specific case.
- Key Goal: Build a complete profile. Accurate data ensures our platform shows you the right programs and adds the correct mandatory documents to your checklist.
- Action: Fill out your background information and visit the Requirements tab to see your personalised document checklist.

Submission

The final milestone! Once you pay your application fee, your file moves to our Pre-Screening team for a rigorous quality check before it reaches the school.
- Key Goal: Officially enter the university's review queue with the highest possible chance of acceptance.
- Action: Pay the fee, complete your pending application requirements, and watch your Application Journey Tracker for real-time updates.
