Our team will cross-check the following details against your Business Certificate and supporting legal documentation:
- Registered Business Name: Exactly as shown on your official business registry.
- Full Legal Name: The applicant's full legal first and last name.
- Business Address: The official registered location of your business.
- Business Status: Active registration status with relevant local authorities.
Even small variations, such as minor spelling differences, different abbreviations, or address formatting tweaks, can temporarily pause your application. If we find a mismatch, we will reach out to ask for clarification or extra supporting documents so we can get everything aligned and keep your account moving forward.
We also run a quick check to ensure your business doesn't already have an active account in our system. Preventing duplicate accounts helps keep your team's setup organized and secure right from the start.
Compliance, Risk, and Duplicate Account Verification
To maintain a safe, trusted, and compliant network for all partners and students, every application goes through a routine verification review before final approval.

During this process, our team carefully cross-checks your application details against standard regulatory guidelines, which includes verifying:
International Watchlists: Ensuring the applicant, business, and associated individuals are not identified on global sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), or restricted compliance lists.
Account Uniqueness: Confirming that your business or agency doesn't already have an active account in our system, helping prevent duplicate profiles and ensuring your team's setup is clean and secure.
Risk Management Standards: Reviewing all submitted details to ensure full alignment with international compliance, security, and operational standards.
Note: Applications identified as high-risk, non-compliant, or duplicate attempts may be rejected as part of ApplyBoard’s risk management policies.
