Before you apply, prepare the following documents:
- Valid passport (biographical page)
- Official academic transcripts showing proof of graduation
- English language test results (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo)
- For graduate certificates: your résumé and letter of intent, plus your diploma or degree
Submit your application through the ApplyBoard platform. Choose your program, campus, and intake. Popular programs such as Practical Nursing can fill quickly, so apply as early as possible.
If you meet the requirements, Georgian will send your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Review it carefully before you move to the next step.
Pay the non-refundable $2,500 deposit to confirm your seat. This amount is applied to your first-semester fees.
Warning! If you withdraw after the first 10 working days of your semester, you are not entitled to a refund, except in the case of a study permit refusal submitted by the deadline for your intake.
After you pay your deposit, Georgian requests your Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from Ontario. Georgian usually uploads it to your account within 5 business days. Each student receives only one PAL, so review your LOA carefully for errors first.
Use your LOA, PAL, and payment receipt to apply for a Canadian study permit. If your study permit is refused, submit your refusal letter by the deadline for your intake to be eligible for a refund, including your deposit.
Pay your remaining fees and submit proof of your visa status before you can register for courses.
