Registering as an ApplyBoard recruitment partner is a simple two-step process that unlocks full access to our global education tools. This guide walks you through account creation and verification, the essential first step to start managing students and earning commissions.
Account Creation
To register as a recruitment partner with ApplyBoard, simply navigate to our sign up page. You’ll then be asked to complete a brief registration form, where you’ll be required to create a username and password, as well as agree to the ApplyBoard Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Cookies Policy you will be required to verify your email. You will have received a verification code in the inbox of the email you provided. You’ll be required to provide the code to verify your email address.
After your email has been verified, you will need to complete some basic profile information, such as your first and last name, as well as your experience with advising international students.
After entering your information you’ll be required to verify your phone number by entering a code. You’ll have a choice of verifying through SMS, Phone call, or WhatsApp, which is recommended.
After you have completed your online registration, you will be directed to the ApplyBoard platform. Upon arrival, you’ll be prompted to enable WhatsApp notifications, where you can agree or decline to have notifications from ApplyBoard sent directly to your WhatsApp.
After registration, you will have access to the ApplyBoard platform, but with limited access to platform features. A banner at the top of your recruitment partner dashboard will inform you that until you complete the registration of your business, you won’t be able to add students, submit applications, or earn commission.
If you try to access features such as adding a student, a pop-up window will prompt you to register your business to complete the process and gain full access to the ApplyBoard platform.
