Completing your ApplyBoard profile is the first step after creating your account. It takes under two minutes and unlocks access to your dashboard where you can begin your business registration.
Note: Profile completion and business registration are two separate steps. This article covers profile completion only. Once your profile is complete, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can begin your business registration.
Already completed your profile? If you filled in your profile details immediately after registering, you are ready to move on. Head to your dashboard and click Register Now to begin your business registration.

Step 1: Enter Your Name
After verifying your email address, you will be prompted to enter your first and last name. Use your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID — this is the name that will be associated with your ApplyBoard account.
Step 2: Enter Your Phone Number
Next, enter your phone number. This is used to verify your identity and to keep your account secure.
Tip! WhatsApp is recommended for the fastest delivery of your verification code. If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, check that your number is entered correctly including the country code, and try resending.
Step 3: Verify Your Phone Number
You will receive a verification code via SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp — whichever you selected. Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your number.
Step 4: Tell Us About Your Recruitment Volume
Finally, you will be asked how many students you advise for study abroad per month. This helps ApplyBoard understand your agency's scale and tailor your experience on the platform.
Note: All fields on the profile form are required. You will not be able to proceed to your dashboard until each step is complete.
What Happens Next
Once your profile is complete, you will be taken to your ApplyBoard dashboard. You will see a banner at the top of the page prompting you to complete your business registration. This is a separate process and is required before you can submit applications or access full platform features.
