There may be multiple reasons why you cannot pay the application fee(s):
Incomplete Student Profile: The student profile must be complete with all information before you can submit an application and payment. If the student's profile is incomplete, we are unable to determine eligibility or calculate correct administration fees due to incomplete information.
Incomplete Pre-Payment Requirements: If you have not completed one or multiple pre-payment requirements on the student's application, you will not be allowed to pay for the application fee. You must complete all required pre-payment requirements before proceeding with payment.
Change in Program Requirements: If the program requirements change for an application and the student becomes ineligible before the application was paid for, you will receive an error message explaining that the student is no longer eligible and you will be unable to pay the application fee. This helps to prevent any delays in the student’s application journey and helps you to ensure you are helping students match to the most suitable programs.
If any of your unpaid applications have a “Low” or “Medium” success score, you will see a message that encourages you to consider applying to at least one of the recommended programs instead. Learn more about Program Recommendations.

Paying via bank transfer can take more time for our team to receive and process the payment. It’s important that you upload your proof of payment when completing a bank transfer as it allows our Finance team to easily find your payment and apply it to your application.
When you pay via bank transfer, in the Invoice window, under Bank Transfer select “Details/Upload”. You will be provided with ApplyBoard’s bank details to issue the payment. Once you have completed your payment via bank transfer select “Upload Proof of Payment”.
Unpaid applications are considered pending and our Customer Support team can only cancel or assist with the applications that are paid. If you have not yet paid the application fee, there is no option to cancel the application. Instead, you can "Delete" the application from the Applications Cart by simply clicking the trash can icon.
