I didn't receive a confirmation email

If you did not receive an email to verify/activate your account, please check your junk/spam mail first. Below is an example of the email you should have received from ApplyBoard, asking you to confirm your account email via the "Confirm my account" link.

I registered using the wrong email address. How do I change my login email address?

The username should be the email address you used to sign up on our website.

I'm getting an “invalid login” error even with the correct credentials.

If you see an "invalid login" error message you may be entering the wrong username and/or password and if you try to log in too many times with the incorrect information your account may be blocked. In this case, please make sure there are no errors in the email and password you are using. If you still experience this issue, follow the steps to reset your password.
