Recruiters: How to Find Programs by Destination and Program Level

With thousands of programs on ApplyBoard, helping students find the right one can seem overwhelming at first. But it doesn’t have to be hard.

A simple way to help students narrow down options is by using two easy search filters: Destination and Program level. These tools make it quicker and easier for students to find programs that match their goals.

How to Find Programs by Destination

ApplyBoard currently offer programs in the following destination countries: 

  • Canada
  • USA
  • UK
  • Ireland
  • Germany
  • Australia 

Follow the steps below to find suitable program in your preferred destination country: 

  1. Log in to your ApplyBoard account.
  2. From the left-hand side menu, select Programs & Schools to open the Program Search page.

  1. If you know what type of program you would like to study, type the program name into the "What would you like to study?" textbox and select an option from the list. 
  2. Next, select the "Destination (Country/Province/City)" dropdown menu and select one or more of the countries in the list.

United Kingdom is selected from the Destination dropdown menu.

  Tip! You can narrow your results further by selecting a specific region/area within your chosen country. For example, when you click the arrow next to "United Kingdom" in the Destination dropdown, you'll see options to filter programs by region—such as Scotland, Wales, Greater London, and more. This helps you focus on schools in the exact area where you’d like to study.

How to Find Programs by Program Level

Next, let's continue to filter your results further by selecting a Program Level. ApplyBoard offer a variety of education level from K-12 to higher education (post-secondary, undergraduate, post-graduate, master, PhD).

  1. Locate the "Program level" search filter under the main search box "What would you like to study?"
  2. In the "Program level" dropdown menu, choose the relevant program level you would like to apply to.
  3. Once you've made your selection(s), the program results will be filtered to reflect your chosen level(s).
