Students: Finding Fast Acceptance Programs on ApplyBoard

Finding the right program is exciting — but waiting weeks for a decision can stall your momentum. ApplyBoard offers two features designed to speed up the process: Instant Submission and Instant Offer. By filtering for Fast Acceptance programs, you can reduce a typical application timeline from weeks down to days, or in some cases, hours.

Understanding the Two Features

When you filter by Fast Acceptance, you're viewing programs that support one or both of the following:

Instant Submission Your application is evaluated by AI and sent directly to the institution without going through manual processing queues. The AI checks your uploaded documents for accuracy and completeness before submission, catching errors before they cause delays. For eligible programs, you can receive a conditional offer the same day your application is submitted.

Instant Offer (Offer in Principle) For select programs, ApplyBoard evaluates your application against the institution's criteria and — if successful — issues a conditional offer within hours of submission. This is also known as an Offer in Principle. It is not a final offer; you will still need to satisfy any outstanding conditions (such as submitting final transcripts or paying a tuition deposit) before the institution issues a Final Offer.

How to Find Fast Acceptance Programs

Follow these simple steps to narrow down your search:

1. Open Search: Select the Search icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard to open the program database.
2. Apply the Filter: Select the Filters button at the top right of your search results.
3. Select Fast Acceptance: Under the Recommended for you section, check the Fast Acceptance box. This includes both Instant Submission and Instant Offer programs in your results.
4. Apply: Click the blue Apply button at the bottom of the filter window to refresh your results.

How to Identify Which Feature a Program Supports

Once you've applied the Fast Acceptance filter, there are two ways to check whether a specific program supports Instant Submission, Instant Offer, or both.

Method 1: The Program Card (Quick View)

1. Locate the Success Chance section on any program card.

2. Click the Information (i) icon next to the Success Chance rating.

   

3. A Success Analysis window will pop up. 

   

4. Look for Instant Submission and Instant Offer in the list of parameters. If it shows Yes, you are eligible for a conditional offer within hours of submission.

Method 2: Program Details (Deep Dive)

If you are browsing new programs through the Search tool:

1. Find a program that interests you, hover over the program card, and click View Details.
2. Scroll to the Success Prediction section of the program page. 
3. Check the Instant Submission and Instant Offer status to confirm whether the program supports automated, same-day acceptance.

What Happens After You Apply

For Instant Submission programs:

• Upload all required documents at once when creating your application. The AI will assess them for accuracy and completion before submission.
• Your application goes straight to the institution, bypassing manual queues.
• If the system detects an issue with a document, you'll receive an immediate notification so you can correct and resubmit without delay.

For Instant Offer programs:

• Once your application is submitted and evaluated, a conditional offer (Offer in Principle) can be issued within hours if you meet the criteria.
• Review the conditions outlined in the offer carefully — these must be satisfied before the institution issues a Final Offer.
• Use this time to begin next steps: paying your tuition deposit, gathering visa documentation, and arranging accommodation.

Why It Matters

• Speed: Cut weeks of waiting down to days or hours, giving you more time for the visa application process.
• Accuracy: AI document checking catches errors before they reach the institution, reducing the risk of delays caused by incomplete submissions.
